Placing an Order

The easiest way to get the services you need is to request a quote using e-Buy on the GSA Advantage! Web site at www.gsaadvantage.gov.

E-buy is GSA’s electronic Request for Quote/Request for Proposal system designed to allow federal buyers to request information, find sources, and prepare RFQs/RFPs online for millions of products and services offered through GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program. Federal buyers can use e-Buy to obtain quotes or proposals for services, large quantity purchases, big ticket items, and purchases with complex requirements.

It’s a simple online procurement tool. First, find a category and select vendors to personally notify (all vendors are notified if the RFQ/RFP is placed under a Government-wide Acquisition Contract category). All vendors listed under the category selected can also review or quote on your request. Second, enter your requirements and specify the amount of time the RFQ should remain open. Contractors will receive e-mails about your requirements and submit quotes in return.
